U&I LEARNING Announces Takeover of HyperOffice |
Ghent (BE), September 2007 - U&I Learning, a Ghent-based eLearning
integrator operating in Belgium and the Netherlands, has announced its
takeover of HyperOffice, the leading eLearning company on the French
market. The agreement signed today involves a 100% buyout of HyperOffice
shares. U&I Learning expects this takeover to enable it to take a
substantial share of the French market, which offers excellent prospects
for future growth.
