Tracy Capaldi-Drewett Joins MicroLearn
Southampton (UK), June 2018 - Tracy Capaldi-Drewett has joined the MicroLearn team as Group Commercial Director at this exciting time to drive business development momentum.
With over 200 organisations now using the growing content library, MicroLearn is at the forefront of reimagined eLearning strategy. Helping L&D organisations transition from simply delivering off-the-shelf training to providing a supported and blended approach, MicroLearn endeavours to drive demonstrable improvements to business performance and productivity. With more than twenty years’ experience in learning, technology, and information, Tracy is a dynamic leader who has built building and managed high-performance teams operating around the world in the education, private, public, and government sectors.
Based in MicroLearn’s new Brighton Sales office, Tracy is responsible for growing and managing the sales team, supporting existing clients, and generating new opportunities by exploring solution-focused approaches to help organisations utilise learning and development to attract, retain, and develop their employees.
