Two More Universities Join Media and Learning Association
Brussels (BE), October 2019 - Two new organisational members joined the Media and Learning Association last month, pushing the Association’s membership up to almost forty.
The first new member is Lund University, represented by AHU, the division for educational development. AHU is an academic development unit commissioned to contribute to the development of education on all levels in Lund University. It collaborates with the faculties and other educational development units within the university in offering courses on higher education pedagogy and supporting teachers. AHU also supports the development of eLearning at the university and has responsibility for some systems, including LUVIT learning management system, LU play, and LU Zoom.
The second to join is Université de Montréal, the first Canadian member. Université de Montréal is represented by the Centre de pédagogie universitaire (University Centre for Pedagogy), which facilitates the development of online courses and media resources. The Centre de pédagogie universitaire (CPU) offers training, support, and support to teachers at the University of Montreal who wish to implement innovative teaching practices, better exploit digital learning environments, and develop online educational activities or resources.
