MicroLearn’s Winter Content Release
London (UK), January 2020 - MicroLearn has published its Winter Content Release. The team has created five brand-new courses and updated two existing suites that were recently released, increasing the size of its off-the-shelf catalogue to over 160 titles.
This season’s release sees two new titles added to the popular Health & Safety series. One is a course on Office Health & Safety, focusing on maintaining a safe office workplace, and the other is entitled Remote Health & Safety, which explores the steps required to maintain a safe working environment at home and out of the office.
Following the results of its Customer Roadmap Survey, in which MicroLearn invited customers to share their topic suggestions and content wish list, it has also introduced a brand-new Managing Personal Finances course as part of its growing Finance suite. This course looks at how to create an effective budget, the importance of picking the right bank account for your financial needs, and how you can save money by cutting costs and shopping smarter.
MicroLearn also introduced a brand-new A Balancing Act course, which complements the existing Customer Service suite. It explores how to improve your communication style and strike the balance between technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
The Winter Release also features an expansion of the popular Workplace Wellbeing range with the addition of the highly anticipated Winter Wellbeing course, created in collaboration with the award-winning author and specialist in behavioural skills Liggy Webb.
What’s more, after the warm reception of the updated content in the Autumn Release, MicroLearn have also updated two more of its existing suites with brand-new videos and updated expanded learning. The Health & Safety suite and Social & Corporate Responsibilities suite have undergone a complete overhaul, with new elements added to improve the video quality and interactivity of the courses.
Ali Soper, Creative Director and Cofounder said, "What a year it’s been! I’m immensely proud of our team, producing over 30 brand-new courses throughout 2019, introducing a brand-new Career Development suite, and fully updating seven existing suites with revised video and module components.
