Bremen (GER), April 2020 - Especially for demanding and complex products, compliance with quality guidelines is absolutely essential. Therefore, SZENARIS established a quality management system as early as 2010 that strictly defines all work processes from conception to implementation.
The quality of this system was again confirmed by the independent German testing agency DEKRA, and SZENARIS is now certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 until 2023. The company is supported by greenQuality Flammenberger + Färber GbR.
On top of this, SZENARIS has developed its own quality assurance system. SMILE describes the five test stages a product goes through before we deliver it to the customer: In the stages Self test, Module test, Implementation test, and Lead test, content, functionality, and implementation are intensively tested. The End test ensures that the product is delivered to the customer completely and correctly.
In this way, SMILE not only brings a smile to the faces of our customers, but also ensures that we can carry out all steps of a solid quality assurance process quickly and easily.
