Investors Increase Investment in eLearning Brothers
Park City, UT (USA), February 2022 - RLG Capital and Trinity Investors have announced an additional $54 million investment in learning solutions company eLearning Brothers (eLB), enabling its simultaneous acquisition of industry leaders Rehearsal and Origin Learning. This injection of funds provided eLB with the capital needed to acquire these sector leaders and to recapitalize its debt.
As part of the restructuring, Prudential's PGIM Private Capital has replaced all previous debt providers and is now the sole debtholder for eLB, which better positions the Company for future acquisitions. These acquisitions extend eLearning Brothers' leadership in offering some of the most comprehensive learning and development products and services available.
Rapidly integrating into the eLearning Brothers platform, Rehearsal and Origin Learning join the expanding universe of eLB's offerings. This also includes The Game Agency, transforming learning outcomes through game-based solutions; Lectora, an industry-leading rapid authoring tool; CenarioVR, a cutting-edge virtual reality course builder; and Rockstar Learning Platform, a nimble learning experience system (LXP, a next-generation LMS). A further investment breakdown is available by special request.
"This new investment is evidence of our continuing confidence in eLearning Brothers' vision to create a one-stop integrated online platform for the corporate learning industry," says Greg Robinson, Co-founder and Managing Partner of RLG Capital. "With our five acquisitions over the past twenty months, and with the growth of remote workers since the pandemic, the Company has leapfrogged the competition."
