World-Renowned CLO Karie Willyerd Joins LTG
London (UK), September 2022 - Multi-award-winning author and workplace futurist Karie Willyerd has joined Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) in the newly created role of Chief Customer Strategy Officer. The newly created role will further enable LTG and GP Strategies to support customers move toward a new era of learning and talent transformation. Willyerd's responsibilities include helping our customers with their learning and talent strategies.
With over thirty years of experience in learning and development, Karie Willyerd was most recently the CLO of Visa. Previous leadership experience includes senior roles at SAP, Sun Microsystems, Heinz, and Lockheed Martin, and this extensive experience has contributed to winning over 50 awards across various organisations. Recognition includes first place in the coveted ATD rankings - first with Sun Microsystems and most recently with Visa University in 2022. In addition to the extensive corporate experience, Willyerd is a best-selling author, with a doctorate in business management from Case Western Reserve University.
