Following the success of last year's multi-stream hybrid version of the renowned HR and L&D event, Speexx Exchange is retaining the popular hybrid format for this year's edition at the end of November.

Now in its twelfth edition, Speexx Exchange will be hosted and moderated by international speaker and facilitator Laura Overton. Number one Amazon best-selling author Jeremy Blain ("The Inner CEO") will be this year's keynote speaker, with additional speakers including Stefaan van Hooydonk, Founder of the Global Curiosity Institute and author of "The Workplace Curiosity Mindset", and Patrick Veenhoff, Human Capital Consultant and Senior Data Education Architect.

The conference will showcase TV production-quality broadcasting, as well as industry-leading technology for seamless user participation and engagement for both the Berlin-based and virtual audiences. The umbrella theme for this year is "Embrace the Shift," which will see contributors explore the practical ways in which businesses can survive radical change driven by shifts in talent, technology, and the global economy.

The focus of the day will be on four key areas:

• data and evidence behind the issues of radical change - How can we empower our people?
• embrace the shift within business - How can we create organizations that people want to work with?
• embrace the shift within talent - How can we leverage technology to shift behavior?
• embrace the shift within me - How can we kindle personal curiosity and experiment more?
