Specialist L&D recruitment provider Blue Eskimo has released its first quarterly barometer to give industry professionals, job seekers, and hiring managers a sense of the L&D job market as we enter Q2 2023. The barometer will be released each quarter to provide ongoing data and insights into L&D hiring activity, track trends, and provide comparisons, made on a quarter-by-quarter basis.

Blue Eskimo has developed the first quarterly barometer to give a real-time sense of changes and trends in the L&D job market and will continue to provide this data reflecting trends throughout the year.

The barometer follows hot on the heels of Blue Eskimo's annual work and salary survey - now in its eleventh year - which showed that wages in L&D had increased at a level greater than in any previous year.
