Towards Maturity Welcomes Learning Pool
London (UK), April 2016 - Award-winning eLearning provider Learning Pool has become a part of Towards Maturity's Ambassador Programme, supporting its annual Industry Benchmark Study and joining forces to add value to the corporate-learning industry.
Learning Pool will be supporting the work of independent research organisation Towards Maturity to identify and improve effective practices, make positive changes, and drive the learning-and-development industry forward. Learning Pool has joined the Ambassador programme to play an active role in ensuring the 2016-17 Benchmark Study is accessible to all and are committed to supporting Towards Maturity in their pioneering research approach to corporate learning and development.
Commenting on the collaboration, Learning Pool's Operations Director, Deborah Limb said, "Towards Maturity's dedication to promoting effective practice and innovation are values that Learning Pool shares. We hope that our contribution will help shape an environment where real-world research informs organisational improvement. Since 2010, Towards Maturity have been able to deliver over 2,500 personalised benchmark reports across fifty countries worldwide, providing detailed personal insights into effective learning practices. This would not have been possible without the ongoing support of Towards Maturity's Ambassadors, who share their goals of ensuring that independent research is freely available to all.
