Xyleme Expands Global Partnerships with Content Developers
Boulder, CO (USA), July 2016 - Xyleme, a modern learning-content-management system (LCMS), is used by organizations worldwide to accelerate content development and delivery for today's fast-paced business environment and mobile workforce. Many of these organizations look for external partners with skills to augment their own internal resources.
Mark Hellinger, CEO of Xyleme comments, "The impetus for growing our partner channel has been multi-fold. With the release of Xy5 (Xyleme 5) earlier this year, we are being approached by strategy consultants, technology integrators, and content-development firms. The need for managed content services is growing just about as fast as the need for flexible, searchable, and measurable content. Xyleme is at the forefront of these trends and is very responsive to the needs of our customers."
Principled Technologies, a US firm specializing in learning-content design and development and fact-based marketing, is already working with Xyleme customers. "Organizations today must create learning at scale and at pace," said Bill Catchings, co-founder of PT. "Our proven partnership with Xyleme helps us create learning solutions that help large audiences when and where they need it."
SureSkills, a learning-services firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with offices in the UK, the US, and Canada, already has several customers that have a need for Xyleme's learning-content-management system. Andy Vidler, Chief Learning Officer for SureSkills offers this perspective, "Being proficient in a system like Xyleme gives us a real competitive advantage, but more than that, it allows us to challenge established practices and principles in the provision of education, enablement, and knowledge-based services to our global customers. We can offer our customers a wide range of industry-leading services and solutions. It really is a win-win-win relationship."
According to 2015 industry studies, external spending is continuing to rise for custom eLearning and instructor-led training content development. CGS, a global enterprise-learning and outsource firm, has worked with a number of Xyleme customers. Cullen Angus, Director of Managed Services for CGS, has experienced this growth in outsourcing first hand. Regarding the partnership with Xyleme, he says "There is pressure from our top clients to deliver content faster, better, and more cost effectively. Because Xyleme encapsulates rapid development to anywhere distribution, we can help them deliver searchable and reusable content across many formats, devices, and channels."
Leslie Farinella, VP of Customer Success at Xyleme also commented, "Our customers are demanding that content development and implementation partners be able to provide expertise in Xyleme's content-development tools and integration technologies. Each firm comes to us with its specialties, and because of their experience, they get up to speed very quickly."
Xyleme will continue to expand its global partnerships as the market demands.
