Henriette will be responsible for implementing the LPI's international strategy, building upon existing relationships and forging new ones to increase the LPI's presence within the global learning-and-development market. Henriette will report into Kelly Davis, the LPI's Director of Sales and Marketing.

Having previously held international L&D consulting roles in various organisations such as Booking.com and Accenture, Henriette has recently enjoyed significant success as the LPI's strategic partner in the Benelux region (overseeing the LPI accreditation programme).

Commenting on the new appointment, LPI Managing Director, Edmund Monk, said, "Henriette brings a wealth of international business-development experience and will be a significant asset to our fast-growing team at the LPI.
