ELS Partners with California Lutheran University
Princeton, NJ (USA), January 2018 - In December 2017, California Lutheran University (Thousand Oaks, CA) and ELS Educational Services, Inc. (Princeton, NJ) signed a new agreement to develop a graduate pathways program aiming to enhance the University’s international student educational experience and extend its global reach.
A pathways program prepares international students for academic study at California Lutheran University by enabling them to take English courses and credit bearing courses simultaneously, allowing students to work toward their MBA program.
"As a fitting tribute to the tenth anniversary of our excellent partnership, ELS is delighted to enter this new agreement with California Lutheran University, which will offer our students a very focused path into the highly popular MBA program," said ELS Executive Vice President Alexandra Zilovic. "With this partnership agreement, ELS is also pleased to announce its entrance into the pathway business segment, bringing together our exceptional reputation in preparing international students for university studies, as well as our unparalleled history of cooperation with the U.S. higher education community."
The California Lutheran University Pre-MBA Pathways Program, which is projected to welcome its first students in the fall of 2018, will offer a combination of programs and services such as intensive English language support, courses for degree credit, counseling, and support to assist students with acclimating both academically and socially.
"Cal Lutheran is delighted to expand on its ten-year partnership with ELS by offering a new way to access our outstanding MBA program. We are excited by this opportunity to serve our growing population of international business students," said CLU President Chris Kimball, Ph.D.
