Toronto, ON (CA), January 2023 - Cognota, a software company focused on developing the LearnOps® category and powering operations for learning and development (L&D) teams with its technology, has received a repayable investment of CA$1.9 million from the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) through the Government of Canada's Jobs and Growth Fund.

Park City, UT (USA), February 2022 - RLG Capital and Trinity Investors have announced an additional $54 million investment in learning solutions company eLearning Brothers (eLB), enabling its simultaneous acquisition of industry leaders Rehearsal and Origin Learning. This injection of funds provided eLB with the capital needed to acquire these sector leaders and to recapitalize its debt.

Derry (IRL), June 2021 - Learning Pool, a strategic leader in the U.K. and U.S. learning  technology markets, has agreed to a new investment from Marlin Equity Partners ("Marlin"), a global investment firm with over $7.6 billion of capital under management, to support the company's continued growth. Under the terms of the agreement, Marlin will also acquire the shareholding of Carlyle Cardinal Ireland.

New South Wales (AU), September 2019 - Corporate training platform EdApp has secured $4.25 million in a funding round led by its existing backer SafetyCulture, which had previously invested $4 million in the learning platform's initial capital raise in 2018.
