IMC Wins Canada's CMKG as a New Customer

Saarbrücken (GER), October 2012 - IMC AG, a provider of eLearning and talent-management solutions, is to implement its CLIX Learning Management System at Category Management Knowledge Group (CMKG), the consumer packaged goods and retail industries' premier category-management training provider. With IMC's CLIX, CMKG's global base of clients can access their learning anytime, anywhere.




The Category Management Knowledge Group is a leading Canadian learning center with a focus on providing long-term training solutions through a continuous learning path and creating industry-leading category management content. CMKG's customers are local and international enterprises from multiple industry sectors.


In order to manage and deliver learning content even more efficiently in the future, the Category Management Knowledge Group recently decided to implement the CLIX Learning Management System (LMS) as their new eLearning platform.


CLIX will provide and manage eLearning to a broad global network of individual and corporate clients at CMKG. But CLIX is more than just a tool to administer courses and manage learning groups: IMC is a strategic business partner providing technical expertise, and the LMS doubles as a business-development platform and marketing tool for CMKG. E-Commerce capability allows users to search, book, and directly pay for courses via PayPal. With this, CLIX simplifies the whole service process for CMKG with one central platform. For ultimate service flexibility, CMKG chose the software-as-a-service (Saas) version hosted in the MS Cloud Windows Azure.


CMKG's CLIX LMS went live in September. "We are looking forward to a long-term business relationship with CMKG.
