SkillSoft Joins Forces with China's Top eLearning Provider

(USA) June 2008 - SkillSoft PLC a SaaS provider of eLearning and performance-support solutions for global enterprises, government, education, has announced that China's top provider of eLearning technologies and education resources, Ambow Education Group, has signed a multi-million dollar agreement spanning several years with SkillSoft Asia Pacific (SkillSoft) as its exclusive distributor to the Chinese enterprise and government markets.

(USA) June 2008 - SkillSoft PLC a SaaS provider of eLearning and performance-support solutions for global enterprises, government, education, and small to medium-sized businesses, has announced that China's top provider of eLearning technologies and education resources, Ambow Education Group, has signed a multi-million dollar agreement spanning several years with SkillSoft Asia Pacific (SkillSoft) as its exclusive distributor to the Chinese enterprise and government markets.
Under the agreement, SkillSoft and Ambow will partner to represent and offer SkillSoft's eLearning solutions and resources. This multi-million dollar agreement will provide Chinese enterprises and governments with localized content and structure in simplified Chinese, local support, and access to SkillSoft's popular curriculum.
