Sony Ericsson Deploys Eedo's LCMS
Nashua, NH (USA), December 2007 - ForceTen™, Eedo's learning content management system (LCMS) has been chosen by Sony Ericsson to develop and disseminate learning content to thousands of employees, customers, call centers, and repair centers worldwide. ForceTen is used to transfer knowledge to stakeholders in more than forty languages for improved employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
The initiative is part of a corporate objective to improve the quality and timeliness of training material while making it easier for subject-matter experts to develop and repurpose content for various groups. The flexibility of ForceTen is particularly useful in new product training to help get the sales and customer-support organizations up to speed faster and more efficiently.
