The Training Associates Appoints Two New Directors
Westboro, MA (USA), June 2012 - The Training Associates (TTA), a provider of learning and development consultants and solutions, has announced the appointment of Julio Salgado as Director of TTA's EMEA Sales and Operations Division and of Casey L. McKinney as their new Director of Government Services.
Julio Salgado brings more than fifteen years of experience in outsourcing corporate learning and learning and development leadership in multinational firms. His office is centrally located in Switzerland, and he is accessible for consultation throughout EMEA. His educational background includes a BA - Civil Engineering at Universidad Javeriana, (St Xavier University) of Bogota, Colombia, and a Master's in Computer Sciences - EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland.

The new Director of Government Services, Casey L. McKinney, has previously worked as a Government Affairs Consultant with Andrews Kurth, LLP in Houston. She has a proven track record of success implementing positive and effective working relationships with local officials, regulatory bodies, community leaders, customers, and other individuals and entities that affect and influence an organization's business growth.
Casey has served on several Community Discussion Panels and Town Hall Meetings and has been published as a featured retail energy expert in the Houston Business Journal. Her proficiencies further include managing charitable contributions, corporate sponsorships, crisis communication, and brand placement. She is a commissioned Texas notary public and a registered lobbyist.
