Call for Papers and Invited Session Proposals
Orlando, FL (USA), January 2009 - The thirteenth World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics, and Informatics is being held 10-13 July 2009 in Orlando, Florida. A new deadline, 22 January, has been announced for submissions of papers and abstracts and Invited Sessions Proposals for WMSCI 2009.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review. The three kinds of review will support the selection process of those whose presentations will be accepted at the conference, as well as those to be selected for their publication in the JSCI Journal (Journal of
Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics).
Authors Notification is 16 March 2009, and the camera-ready, full papers are expected on 27 May 2009.
Authors of accepted papers who have registered for the conference will have access to the reviews of their submission so they can improve the final version of their papers accordingly. Non-registered authors do not have access to the reviews of their submissions.
Awards will be granted to the best paper presented at each session. From these, the best 10%-20% of the papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication in Volume 7 of the JSCI Journal. The libraries of journal authors' organizations will receive complimentary subscriptions of at least one volume (6 issues).
