Kirkpatricks' Evaluation Webinar
Stroud (UK), July 2012 - Donald Kirkpatrick, the "father of evaluation", will be making a guest appearance at a special evaluation webinar for charities around the world on 30 August. Evaluation experts Jim and Wendy Kirkpatrick are once again hosting the free, annual webinar - supported by The Charity Learning Consortium in the UK.
At 3 p.m. on 30 August, charities around the globe are once again set to benefit from the expertise of Wendy and Jim Kirkpatrick in a complimentary Evaluation webinar especially for charities working in the voluntary sector.
Donald Kirkpatrick, who devised the original evaluation theories, will be making a special guest appearance during the webinar - which is being promoted in the UK by The Charity Learning Consortium, a group of more than 100 voluntary-sector organisations collaborating to make eLearning affordable.
Charities, housing associations, and not-for-profits working in the voluntary sector can register for free - corporate organisations may also join, but will be charged.
Last year's highly successful webinar was attended by more than 250 L&D professionals from charitable organisations around the world. This year Jim and Wendy Kirkpatrick will be looking at evaluation levels three and four. The webinar, which focuses on creating believable value, is suitable for everyone - whether they attended last year or not.
"We're incredibly grateful to the Kirkpatricks for donating their time and expertise once again to help further the success of valuable L&D in the charitable sector", said Martin Baker, founder and CEO, The Charity Learning Consortium. "We're particularly thrilled to be welcoming Donald Kirkpatrick for a special guest appearance this year."
