Barcelona (E), May 2013 - The second Journal Conference on eEducation, eBusiness, eManagement, and eLearning (JC4E 2013 2nd) aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from industry, academia, and government to discourse on research and development, as well as professional practice in eEducation, eBusiness, eManagement and eLearning.

The second JC4E 2013 will be held in Barcelona, Spain, 10-11 August 2013. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of eEducation, eBusiness, eManagement, and eLearning. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving eEducation, eBusiness, eManagement, and eLearning-related techniques.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content and depth, correctness, relevance to the Conference, contribution to the field, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

All the registered papers will be published in the International Journal of eEducation, eBusiness, eManagement and eLearning (IJEEEE, ISSN: 2010-3654,  by IACSIT Publishing and distributed at the Conference. The Journal will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Google Scholar, Crossref, and ProQuest.
