New Game-Based Authoring Tool at ATD 2015
Berkshire (UK), May 2015 - Award-winning learning technologies company Growth Engineering is to exhibit and unveil new game-based authoring tool at the 2015 ATD International Conference and Exposition in Florida on 17-20 May. The ATD (Association for Talent Development) International Conference and Exposition is an industry-defining event for talent development, with world-class content, hands-on learning, networking opportunities, and world-renowned keynote speakers.
Growth Engineering, an award-winning online learning company passionate about making adult learning fun, will be unveiling their new cloud-based authoring tool on Stand 224 at the event, to be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, 17-20 May 2015.
The cloud-based authoring tool, Genie, has been developed to create game-based eLearning that is engaging for learners, but which also makes the process of creating eLearning fun for developers, too.
Having recognised the importance of gamification and social features to engage learners on its award-winning learning-management system, the Academy LMS – which was ranked the Number 1 LMS in the world by eLearning expert Craig Weiss, CEO of E-Learning 24/7 – Growth Engineering decided to add the same gamification and social functionality to its authoring tool, with engaging results.
Genie allows content creators to collaborate on projects in real time, allowing for impressive project management and gamification features like points, badges, and achievements, which motivate creators to move projects forward and hit deadlines.
Event attendees will be able to enjoy the full Genie Game-Based Authoring Tool experience and will also be able to demo the award-winning Academy LMS platform live on Growth Engineering’s stand (224) each day.
Juliette Denny, Managing Director of Growth Engineering, said, "We’re very excited to be exhibiting at such a renowned conference. We have a lot of fun things planned at our stand for delegates, and we can’t wait to show Genie off. With 10,500 attendees from around the world, we’re confident that ATD will be a highlight of the year for Growth Engineering."
