Speexx Exchange Fourth Annual Survey Call
Munich (GER), September 2015 - Speexx, a provider of online and mobile language training for large organisations, is inviting HR and L&D professionals to share their thoughts about the key talent-management challenges facing their organisation and how these issues are being addressed.
The results will be shared during this year’s Speexx Exchange conferences and in the upcoming Speexx white papers. Survey participants will also have early access to the results.
Some of key findings from the 2014 audit across 200+ HR, L&D professionals and C-level executives included
- 92% of organisations have already introduced some form of eLearning
- 79% of organisations allow mobile devices at work, but just 32% use mobile learning
- The main barrier to mobile learning is "corporate data-security issues" (23%).
- 63% plan to increase the proportion of their eLearning budget by 2017
This year’s survey will cover five sections: eLearning and blended learning; business communication in the cloud era; big data and HR analytics; mobile, social and informal learning; and the future of talent management.
