Enabling Project

Robert Bosch on the Way to Enterprise 2.0

Stuttgart (GER), December 2012 - Robert Bosch GmbH has launched a new worldwide project that will transform it into an Enterprise 2.0 company. This change is being implemented by using social- business methods internally as well as externally. For this purpose, Robert Bosch GmbH purchased IBM Connect as its social-business software.

With the completion of a successful trial phase, this software will be introduced to 200,000 employees worldwide. A change of working methods will come along with the implementation. Here, Robert Bosch GmbH has put its trust in the German provider Know How! for the development and realization of the special qualification concepts for this enabling project.

The concept includes units such as

  • webinars
  • seminars
  • workshops
  • roadshows
  • web-based training
  • a trailer
  • a social-learning community
  • reverse monitoring
  • project management
  • documentation preparation

Qualification packages for community users and community managers will be provided during the trial phase. This also applies to executives who guide staff within communities.
