Virginia Barder Joins as UK eLearning Director
Brighton (UK), January 2013 - Kineo, a leading eLearning services company, has announced the further growth of its UK team, with Virginia Barder joining as the firm's UK eLearning Director. Virginia is a well-known and highly experienced figure in the UK eLearning industry and will enable Kineo's continued growth and success.
Virginia has over twenty years of experience in the eLearning sector in the UK, with positions in Epic, Video Arts, and most recently with Brightwave, where she was Director of Operations.
She has a proven track record for assuring quality and efficiency of production processes and delivering to KPIs, including financial performance and customer satisfaction. Virginia has also programme-managed large transformation programmes for clients such as Bupa and Lloyds Banking Group.
Virginia will be responsible for the continued growth and success of Kineo's UK eLearning team. An experienced consultant with a track record of establishing and supporting new lines of business, she brings a wealth of skill and experience to Kineo.
Kineo's recent acquisition by City & Guilds creates numerous opportunities for new operations and services, as well as the need for an enlarged eLearning production operation to serve the companies' combined clients. Virginia will be key to the firm's continued success here.
