Cornerstone OnDemand Recognized Again in IDC
Sydney (AU), September 2013 - Cornerstone OnDemand continues to earn recognition as a major cloud-based talent-management-software provider from top industry analyst firms. For the third year in a row, the company has been named a "Leader" in IDC's Integrated Talent Management 2013 MarketScape report, as well as a "Leader" in IDC's 2013 MarketScape reports for Performance and Learning. Cornerstone was also named a "Major Player" in IDC's 2013 MarketScape reports for Recruiting and Compensation.

IDC's report also notes that with market consolidation and maturity and gaps in traditional talent functionality closing, attributes such as quality of customer service and product innovation in the areas of mobile, social, and analytics will become even more essential factors in differentiation among vendors.
