TTS Presents New Ideas at HCM Expo in Cologne
Heidelberg (GER), September 2014 - The desire to learn and acquire new knowledge, as well as refreshing the old, only comes about when there is an effective combination of various qualification opportunities and attractive content. Regardless of whether it is done formally in the (virtual or actual) classroom or via mobile or eLearning, or informally, when employees access knowledge at the workplace in the "moment of need", with learning, it's always "the mix that matters".
Performance Support
We’ve all been there: gazing at our PC at the workplace and asking ourselves, "How does that work again?" Rather than asking a nearby colleague or calling the Helpdesk, TTS offers support directly in the live system with its performance- support solution, TT Guide. With this "online satnav", employees can refresh their knowledge at the workplace and are guided with exactly the right step-by-step instructions through software applications and business processes.
Content is King
Thus, for example, TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) allows you to create not only role-specific documentation and impressive software training, but also captivating product instructions, all with just a few mouse clicks. In regard to this year’s HCM Expo/Zukunft Personal conference, Jörg Geulen, Marketing Manager, TTS says, "We will be delighted to show visitors to our stand how easily they can work with our authoring software and TTKF SmartComponents to create attractive learning content in a few steps. We’re convinced that interesting content alone stimulates the desire to learn." To this end, TTS supports its customers in every stage of content development, from conception through production to publishing.
Of course, TTS GmbH now also offers its authoring tool and online help through the cloud. "This means, for example, that smaller companies can use our solutions without requiring their own IT infrastructure," says Geulen. For more complex requirements TTS has the "Professional Edition" in its portfolio, which enables customer-specific adaptation and integration.
Competent Talent Management consultancy on the TTS stand
TTS GmbH (Hall 2.2, Stand O.02) will be presenting TT Guide and many further innovations at this year’s HCM Expo/Zukunft Personal exhibition, 14-16 October, Cologne. TTS will offer visitors advice not just with reference to its software solutions but also regarding the central issue of talent management. "We see ourselves as an all-embracing partner and have created a holistic concept for our customers that extends from an appropriate learning-management system via training requirements analysis through to successful learning methodologies and content," Geulen says.
Visitors interested in requirements-oriented learning will learn how an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) functions and the advantages it offers in the English-language presentation, "Learning in the Moment of Need", which will be delivered by Alexander Gassmann, Head of Sales. "With just a few mouse clicks, employees will find all the information such as guides, diagrams, and eLearning materials that are needed for each specific step in the process," Gassmann explains. The presentation will take place on 14 October from 1pm to 1.30 pm in Practical Forum 9 in Hall 2.2.
