Tesco eLearning Campaign Highlighted
Plymouth (UK), March 2015 - An award-winning compliance campaign for Tesco created by eLearning company Sponge UK will be highlighted at an international compliance conference and exhibition this month.
The Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) will bring together leading experts and industry professionals for the third annual European Compliance & Ethics Institute in London.
Sponge UK’s Creative Director, Kate Pasterfield, and Tesco’s Regulatory, Ethics and Compliance Director, David Ward, will be delivering a talk about a highly effective compliance campaign that won a bronze award for the best use of eLearning to ensure compliance at the eLearning Awards in November last year.
They will outline how interactive content, engaging scenarios, communications campaigns, and competition elements were used within the compliance training.
"We are very proud of our campaign for Tesco, which saw 4,000 staff complete the course in just six weeks," said Pasterfield.
"There has been great interest in how this was achieved, and we hope to give the conference delegates insight into our approach and provide some ideas for transforming compliance training."
SCCE’s European Compliance & Ethics Institute (ECEI) is a multi-industry and multi-topic conference offering the latest practices for effectively addressing the wide range of challenges facing the European compliance and ethics community.
The event takes place 29 March-01 April 2015 at the Hilton on Park Lane.
