Leslie Farinella: Vice President of Customer Success
Boulder, CO (USA), March 2015 - Xyleme, the leading content-management system for learning and development, has announced the naming of Leslie Farinella as Vice President of Customer Success. With her deep-rooted training-industry experience and extensive knowledge of content strategy, Farinella will oversee the customer-success teams and lead the new customer-success program for Xyleme, as they continue on a fast-paced growth trajectory.
Prior to Xyleme, Farinella successfully guided many organizations while challenging them to re-imagine their learning-content strategy in order to provide learners with more options at higher quality while lowering development cycle times. She has a strong background in process improvement and change management, helping clients solve their business problems through technology and agile processes. Farinella gained in-depth knowledge of the Xyleme platform while consulting for a client, helping them analyze their needs, researching solutions, and subsequently selecting and implementing Xyleme.
"We are delighted that Leslie has joined Xyleme’s team during this period of significant growth and transition," commented Mark Hellinger, President and CEO of Xyleme. "Customer success is the top priority at Xyleme, and now with Leslie on board, we can elevate the level of consulting and services we bring to our customers throughout their entire lifecycle. We have found that after initial onboarding, our customers are on a continuous journey to improve the effectiveness of their learning content, and we are well-positioned to partner with them on this journey."
"Xyleme has a good foundation to build on, already assisting training departments and publishers to drive business results through strategic learning content," added Farinella. "It was the quality of the solution, employees, and customers of Xyleme that made this decision easy. I'm delighted to join the Xyleme team, and I look forward to working with our customer-success managers and helping our customers become even more successful."
Farinella holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri.
