10Eighty Attains ILM Recognised Provider Status in Dubai
Dubai (AE), February 2016 - 10Eighty has announced that it has achieved Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Recognised Provider status for all its new management and leadership-training programmes delivered in Dubai. ILM is a market leader in leadership and management qualifications - it develops over 90,000 people annually and works with a quality-assured network of over 2,500 approved learning providers worldwide.
"Obtaining Recognised Provider status in Dubai is excellent news. Now we’re able to offer our Middle Eastern clients high-quality, bespoke in-house management and leadership training endorsed by ILM, Europe’s premier organisation in leadership and management development," said Stacey Reynolds, Managing Director Middle East.
"It’s doubly exciting news because we’ve just moved to the Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV), the world’s only Free Zone area dedicated to human-resource management and learning excellence. DKV’s aims of developing the region’s talent pool and establishing the UAE as a knowledge-based economy are very closely aligned with 10Eighty’s values and objectives. I can’t wait to run our first course there!"
DKV is a unique hub that offers a wide range of human-resource management, consultation, training, and personal-development programmes on a one-kilometer-long campus located in the heart of Dubai.
The ILM recognition process involved establishing a quality-assurance policy and developing a management and leadership-training programme made up of eight training courses:
- Being an Effective Leader (2 day)
- Coaching for High Performance (1 day)
- Managing Difficult Conversations (1 day)
- Managing Performance (1 day)
- Playing to Strengths (1 day)
