Paul Morgan Is the New Head of Customer Experience at Kallidus
Cirencester (UK), February 2018 - Award-winning learning and talent management provider Kallidus has appointed Paul Morgan as Head of Customer Experience. After a series of consultancy contracts, Paul joins from O2, where he held the position of Head of Learning and Development for over four years.
At Kallidus, Paul will be responsible for growing the customer success team and ensuring that customers get the best customer experience and support to achieve their learning and talent goals. A key focus of his role will be ensuring customer excellence and insight into industry best practice.
Paul brings over fifteen years' experience in the learning and development industry. Prior to O2, Paul was responsible for blended learning services and programmes at Microsoft and has always done volunteer work to help young people develop their careers.
