LMS Increases Personalization and Licensing Models
London (UK), December 2018 - PeopleFluent Learning has released a new version of NetDimensions LMS, a state-of-the-art learning management system. NetDimensions LMS 14.1, which integrates with gomo, includes updates to reporting, notifications, licensing options, and token payment features.
The update of NetDimensions LMS, previously called NetDimensions Learning, offers increased personalization in the user interface and administrative experience to better serve the needs of learning managers, compliance managers, and end users. These changes include enhanced notifications with a direct link to new sessions to let learners know when the latest courses are available. Organizations also have new licensing options for more flexibility in eLearning delivery.
"As employee learning evolves, learning technology needs to be easily configurable, integrable, and flexible to adapt to the needs of organizations," said Bill Mastin, PeopleFluent Executive Vice President of Sales, Alliances and Account Management. "Updates made with NetDimensions LMS 14.1 give users and administrators even more flexibility and control of their learning and development process. With the new license options, we can also be significantly more agile and cost effective for our clients that need eLearning solutions that fit into their learning ecosystems."
New LMS features include
- token payment system enhancements to allow more flexibility in issuing payments or refunds
- virtual classroom updates to allow learners and instructors to join a Vitero session directly rather than leaving the LMS to join the Vitero team room
- administer capabilities to logically delete users to be excluded from report data, in line with GDPR compliance
NetDimensions LMS is part of the PeopleFluent Learning suite, supported by the authoring and video solutions provided by gomo technology. The integration allows users of both gomo and NetDimensions LMS to publish courses authored in gomo directly into their NetDimensions LMS.
NetDimensions recently merged with PeopleFluent after being acquired by gomo's parent company, Learning Technologies Group, in March 2017.
