LPiLEARN Receives Update with New Content
London (UK), December 2021 - An online platform helps L&D professionals rapidly build competence in essential skills to future-proof their roles. The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), a global body for workplace learning, has announced an update to LPiLEARN - its online platform to help L&D organisations and professionals rapidly gain essential skills.
Central to the update is the introduction of a new series of bite-sized videos from learning leaders. Branded as "Talking Heads", the series features short filmed stories from international heads of learning as they reveal insider information on L&D strategies that have worked for them, with useful tips and suggestions. The LPI has partnered with video storytelling specialists StoryTagger to provide this new feature.
Another significant change comes in the form of improved navigation, making clearer the links between content and the 25 essential skills documented in the LPI Capability Map. Closer alignment with these skill areas means L&D professionals can rapidly access practical, moment-of-need resources that help them improve their knowledge and confidence in regard to a given topic.
The LPiLEARN update also includes new content, including podcasts, from providers such as The Healing Hub, BeTheRiot, and MAAS Marketing. Other content, from Go1, SkillPill by Sponge, and Skilla, comes in the form of "learning modules" - concise self-contained training courses that are included in the LPiLEARN subscription. Resources are included on the basis of their practicality and usability, and the platform is continually updated with fresh content as it becomes available.
Other changes include various usability improvements and bugfixes.
LPiLEARN is available for individuals and internal teams, and licenses allow continual access to the platform and its content for twelve months. New content and certifications are planned to be added regularly and will become available to licensed users at no extra cost. Licenses are renewable.
