Berlin (GER), October 2022 - The sixteenth edition of eLearning Africa, the International Conference & Exhibition on ICT for Education, Training & Skills Development, which will take place in Dakar, Senegal, May 24 - 26, 2023, under the Patronage of H.E. Macky Sall, the President of the Republic of Senegal, has launched its Call for Submissions to the conference programme and has opened registration for the early bird fee.
