Team Change to Continue the Strength of Research Capability
London (UK), July 2023 - Fosway Group, one of Europe's leading HR industry analysts, has announced two senior promotions within its analyst team. These changes follow recent additions to the analyst team and reflect Fosway Group's continued focus on developing deeper insights across HR, learning, and talent acquisition.
David Perring has been promoted to Chief Insights Officer and will be responsible for developing and increasing strategic insights across all Fosway practice and research areas, including key themes such as our trends and Fosway Realities research, tracking vendor satisfaction, total cost of ownership, functional frameworks, and due diligence.
David, who has been with Fosway Group for more than 12 years, will also continue as lead analyst on the Fosway 9-Grid™ for Talent & People Success, with Myles Runham taking over as lead analyst for Digital Learning.
Dr Sven Elbert has been promoted to Head of Analyst Services. In this new role, Sven will be responsible for the operational development of the analyst team and all related processes. Sven has been with Fosway for nearly four years and has led our Cloud HR and Talent Acquisition research, as well as research on Germany and the wider DACH region. In addition to the new role, he will also remain as lead analyst for Cloud HR.
Fosway Group CEO David Wilson stays in his role as CEO and Chief Analyst, with overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Fosway Group research and services to the market.

These changes follow other recent additions to the team. As Head of Corporate and Investor services, Liam Butler is responsible for growing Fosway's corporate and investor business, and in particular driving Fosway's Corporate Membership, which is seeing a significant increase in demand from corporate HR and learning leaders.
In addition, Myles Runham recently joined Fosway Group as a Senior Analyst and lead analyst for digital learning. Myles is responsible for Fosway's digital learning research, including the Fosway 9-Grid™ for Digital Learning and other related research themes.
Fosway also recently appointed Claire-Marie de Vulliod as lead analyst in France.
