Sponge Celebrates 20 Years of Innovation in Digital Learning
Bristol (UK), March 2024 - Sponge, a leading global provider of digital learning solutions and strategic learning consultancy, will celebrate twenty years of innovation alongside L&D award-winning client Tesco at the Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference 2024 (LT24) in London, 17-18 April.
Over the past two decades, Sponge has evolved from a boutique content production house into a full-service, strategic learning partner delivering end-to-end learning and development programmes for prominent organisations worldwide.
To commemorate this milestone, Sponge's newly appointed Chief Creative & Learning Officer, Josh Cardoz, will deliver a presentation on "The L&D Strategy Equation: A Pragmatic Approach for the Busy Learning Leader" on day two of LT24. This insightful session will introduce a framework for aligning core L&D activities with broader organisational strategy.
In addition, Sponge and Tesco will share the following thought-leadership sessions:
- "Revolutionising Compliance Training with Technology" presented by Sarah Twaites, Senior Business Integrity Manager at Tesco
- "How Tesco uses Spark LMS to do less, but better" presented by Fran Campbell, Client Director at Sponge
At Stand H40, visitors can try out immersive demos showcasing Sponge's award-winning learning experiences and get stuck into party games to celebrate Sponge's birthday. The Sponge team has pulled out all the stops, with the stand featuring everything from digital games to edible balloons.
"We are thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone at LT24 alongside valued clients," said Adam Poulter, CEO of Sponge. "As a pioneer in digital learning, we look forward to continuing to innovate and transform workplace learning for another twenty years and beyond."
