Lumify Group Makes Multiple Leadership Appointments
Sydney (AUS), August 2024 - Lumify Group has appointed dedicated general managers as part of a strategic realignment to optimise growth and performance, as the company, formerly known as DDLS, has grown into a multi-faceted organisation.
A provider of corporate ICT, soft skills and digital skills training, Lumify Group has named Denise Farrell to lead the integration of the EdventureCo Soft Skills business, Plain English Foundation (PEF), and ENS.
Prior to the new role, Farrell was the general manager of EdventureCo's PEF. The PEF and ENS businesses now include full digital and soft skills training.
Lumify Work Australia will now have Peter Clark as its new general manager, having served as its head of operations earlier.
Meanwhile, Microsoft training company Nexacu will be consolidated with City Desktop Training, led by Ayisha Tufail.
Tufail was the acquisition manager for Nexacu and Lumify Work for four years, and her appointment is to support the increasing demand for Microsoft and Adobe end-user applications.
Jon Lang, Lumify Group's chief executive, said the developments mark a significant milestone in the organisation's journey of growth and innovation.
The new executive appointments aim to optimise leadership and direction, ensuring sustained growth and performance, and position Lumify Group as a leading provider of skills training, the company said.
