Global Knowledge Introduces New VMware Courses
London (UK), April 2007 - Global Knowledge, one of Europe's leading providers of learning services for IT and management professionals, will soon be running the new VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3: Deploying, Securing and Analysing course and the Virtual Infrastructure for Operators course from its training locations throughout the UK.
Global Knowledge is working in association with Magirus, one of Europe's leading IT infrastructure and solutions providers, to provide these new, authorised VMware courses to its wide range of public and private sector customers.
Adam Murphy, Product Manager at Global Knowledge, said: "Following on from the success of our initial VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3: Installation and Configuration course, we have introduced the two-day entry-level Virtual Infrastructure for Operators course for system administrators who are responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of a VMware virtual infrastructure.
The VMware Infrastructure 3: Deploying, Securing and Analysing course is a four-day advanced course that focuses on areas such as performing scripted installations of ESX servers, Server Console security, VMware consolidated backup, and fault analysis."
"A significant number of our clients have already booked VMware courses with us, and we are aiming to become the leading VMware training provider in the UK. Our partnership with Magirus has enabled our customers to have greater access to VMware courses at locations they are familiar with," added Adam Murphy.
