Final Call for Papers and Invited Sessions Proposals
Orlando, FL (USA), March 2009 - The final set of deadlines for the thirteenth World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics, and Informatics WMSCI 2009 from 10-13 July 2009 has been published. WMSCI 2009 is an international forum for scientists and engineers, researchers and consultants, theoreticians, and practitioners in the fields of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics.
Deadlines:
Papers and abstracts submissions and invited-sessions proposals: 08 April 2009
Authors' notification: 04 May 2009
Camera ready, full papers: 27 May 2009
All papers submitted will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review, via virtual sessions. These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those whose presentations will be accepted at the conference, as well as those publications selected for publication in JSCI Journal.
Pre-conference and post-conference virtual sessions (via electronic forums) will be held for each session included in the conference program, so session papers can be read before the conference, and authors presenting at the same session can interact during the week before the conferences and after it is over. Authors can also participate in peer-to-peer reviewing in virtual sessions.
Authors of accepted papers who register for the conference will have access to the reviews of their submission so they can improve the final version of their papers accordingly. Non-registered authors will not have access to the reviews of their submissions.
Awards will be granted to the best paper presented at each session. From these, the best 10-20 percent of the papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication in Volume 7 of the JSCI Journal. Libraries of journal authors' organizations will receive complimentary subscriptions of at least one volume (six issues).
