The Full Breadth of Blended Learning Solutions

London (UK), September 2009 - REDTRAY, a European training outsourcing provider, has purchased the business of PPi Learning Services Ltd. The deal adds authorised Microsoft training provision to REDTRAY's expanding portfolio whilst extending the range of services PPi delivers to clients. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

PPi Learning Services (PPi) has achieved considerable success with its Microsoft training and was recognised in January 2009 as the fastest-growing Microsoft Gold Learning Solutions Partner in the UK. Amongst its services, PPi deliver Microsoft accreditation courses to many of the UK's blue-chip organisations, as well as to individual career changers.

"The relationship is a strategic one that we've been discussing for some time, and it's a great fit for both organisations", explains Roy Sunley, CEO of PPi. Roy will take the role of Managing Director of REDTRAY Learning Services and will play a key part in REDTRAY's plans for continued growth.

Roy continues, "Our clients now gain access to the full breadth of REDTRAY's blended-learning solutions and most specifically to the dynamic and user-friendly ALTO learning management system (LMS). By drawing on REDTRAY's considerable bespoke design and technology expertise, our clients will be able to utilise the LMS to ensure they achieve the maximum return on their learning and technology investments."

Bob Woodland, CEO of REDTRAY adds, "We're delighted that PPi's team is joining the REDTRAY Group - this is an ideal fit with the business. We both deliver managed services to our clients, and all will benefit from the broader portfolio that is now available. And with direct access to some of the best Microsoft authorised training in the UK, we will ensure that our clients achieve the fastest possible Microsoft accreditations."
