EFMD Excellence in Practice Webinars and 2011 Award
Brussels (BE), October 2010 - The EFMD Excellence in Practice Award invites case studies describing an effective and impactful learning and development (L&D) partnership. The specific field of the learning and development intervention might be leadership, professional talent, or organization development. Submission deadline is 01 May 2011.
Case studies must demonstrate operational excellence (e.g. sustainable partnership and effective learning environment, etc.); excellent program management (e.g. design, delivery, evaluation, selection methodology of participants, etc.); and above all strong business impact (e.g. alignment with corporate strategy, impact for company, incorporation in corporate HR processes, etc.). The programs can be deployed by an organization either together with their in-house L&D unit or with an external L&D provider.
Information session webinars are organized on 18 and 25 November 2010; registration is required.
