First Media Celebrate Twenty-Year Anniversary
Lincolnshire (UK), December 2019 - One of the UK’s leading eLearning design specialists are celebrating twenty years in business. The company started back in 1999 by developing CD-ROMs from a conservatory in a Lincolnshire village, but they have gone on to become one of the biggest names in eLearning.

Prohaszka is Head of Digital Qualification at the Augsburg based Training Centre of the DB Bahnbau Gruppe, the German Railways Construction Group subsidiary. One of the Centre’s projects, "Serious Games in the Building Trade - Apprentices Turn Into Avatars", strives to stimulate the trainees’ drive to learn through the use of well-known avatars. On 30 January 2020 at 11.30, he will report on the results of this learning project at the LEARNTEC Congress.

Karlsruhe (GER)/Würzburg (GER), December 2019 - Michael Bräuer is the Chief Fire Officer and deputy head of the Würzburg branch of the federal state of Bavaria’s Fire Brigade School. The "Fire Brigade Learning Bar", which the school developed, was launched in 2018 and bundles all the State Fire Brigade Schools’ digital media. The central component is a lexicon that provides technical terms and related information in a structured, visualised form and is state certified. Michael Bräuer will present this learning project at the LEARNTEC Congress on 28 January at 17.15.
