Grand Cayman (KY), April 2007 - The International College of the Cayman Islands (ICCI) recently partnered with Gatlin Education Services of Fort Worth, TX to provide new, online career training courses. The ICCI aims at helping adults promote their careers by offering a flexible blended-learning program.
The courses employ cutting-edge methodologies to provide training in the following fields:
The non-credit courses can help people at any stage of their career. Whether the student is interested in switching career paths, obtaining advanced training and certification, or is a first-time job seeker in need of specialized training, ICCI and Gatlin provide the necessary resources. These include workforce, corporate, vocational rehabilitation, and individual career training, all from the convenience of the student's own home or office.
"ICCI has a long history of making it possible for working adults to further their education while managing the needs of their jobs and families," said Elsa M. Cummings, president of ICCI. The typical Gatlin course combines online instructional content, traditional textbook material, and instructor-facilitated lessons. Though the courses are self-paced, personal instructors are available to guide every student. All the courses have open enrollment and take an average of ninety days to complete.
