Renewing Global Leadership Simulation Programme
London (UK), November 2016 - With an objective to develop their global leadership population covering some 82 countries, 3M has chosen an innovative approach by using an online-facilitated business simulation. The simulation was developed specifically for 3M by Business Smart International and was modelled on key aspects of their business and their core leadership behaviours. The programme has received outstanding feedback and in addition it has achieved a significantly lower cost per participant than traditional classroom based training methods. Importantly, the simulations enabled better understanding of the 3M strategy and realised improvements in business competitiveness.
The client's Global Development Manager declared, "Thank you to the Business Smart team for a great year! Glad we were even able to connect in person in October for the HR session. We received positive feedback from participants and the leadership - it was a success! Even more impressive, we saw improvements across all of our metrics this year from Q1 to Q4."
Richard Berg, CEO of Business Smart stated, "We are happy and proud of the work we have carried out for this major client. The collaborative approach really paid dividends and was instrumental in achieving such positive results. We were delighted to see such a positive impact in the client's business and to receive such excellent feedback from participants. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the future."
