Is Your L&D Strategy Fit for the Future?
London (UK), June 2018 - Learning and development professionals around the globe are invited to assess the status of their strategies in the face of future challenges by using the new Towards Maturity Health Check™, launched at the Learning and Technologies Summer Forum in London.
Towards Maturity expert analysts have been championing the development of the L&D industry since 2003. To date, over 6,500 learning leaders from around the globe have participated, contributing strategic intelligence to help accelerate change and deliver real impact.
Today's learning leaders are looking to not only improve efficiency, but also to increase business agility and influence learning culture. Top performing learning organisations are three times as likely to report improvements in business growth, productivity, transformation and profit. However, many are failing to achieve their goals.
The new Towards Maturity Health Check gives L&D leaders a free opportunity to confidentially review their learning strategy, compare their approach with top performing organisations, and establish their next priorities.
Learning professionals around the globe are invited to use the Health Check for free during June and July. By completing the review by 31 July 2018, participants will also receive a free personalised Health Check dashboard in September, as well as immediate tailored feedback at the end of the Health Check on how they compare against the top five tactics that influence learning culture.
This annual Health Check, new and improved for 2018, is considered one of the most comprehensive independent reviews of modern L&D strategy. It has been redesigned to stimulate thinking and tailor questions to role. Over the last twelve months, 91% of participants agreed that the questions alone provided useful impact.
This Health Check will take around 30 - 40 minutes to complete and will provide a benchmark to drive continual improvement.
The 2018 annual Health Check is available to complete via Towards Maturity's Health Check website.
Laura Overton, Founder and CEO of Towards Maturity commented, "In today's fast-paced and technological world, L&D leaders are hungry for change, but are overwhelmed and unsure where to start. The Towards Maturity Health Check has been updated to provide direction that is tailored to each individual. With a totally unique dashboard, we're signposting the areas on which organisations need to focus and delivering the tools and tactics they need to unlock potential. Yes, there is an investment of time, but the rewards are worth it.
"This year our Health Check, freely available to all people professionals around the world, has an even greater global focus thanks to the support of our ambassadors."
Teresa Rose of E.ON UK added, "Using the Health Check to benchmark is an invaluable process that allows us to hold a mirror up to our L&D strategy. Being able to compare with so many peers gives clarity on how mature we are as a learning organisation, as well as to see the progress we have made and the gaps still needing to be closed."
Examples of participants from previous years include AXA UK, Boots UK, Brambles, BT plc, Coca Cola Amatil, E.ON AG, Lloyds Banking Group, McDonald's, River Island RMA Group, 33 councils, and over 20 hospitals and NHS trusts.
