Totara Launches New Alliance Partner Program
Wellington (NZ); November 2020 - Totara, a leading provider of enterprise learning, engagement, and performance management technology, is pleased to launch the Totara Alliance Partner program. Totara's 95-strong network of partners currently serves 1,800 customers and 19 million users worldwide. The new program is being announced in conjunction with the release of Totara's new Talent Experience Platform, which helps organizations develop, align, and engage their workforce with an all-in-one platform to optimize enterprise productivity.
Following ten years of stellar growth under its original Totara Partner program, Totara's new and improved Alliance Partner program recognizes top-tier partners, enhances support services, and delivers new market opportunities:
- new products that can be marketed into the learning and development (L&D) and HR technology markets - Totara's Talent Experience Platform, which launched 01 October 2020, will position Totara Alliance Partners to market themselves into larger markets and compete for a larger portion of the HR and L&D technology budgets.
- greater support for market development, fueled by close marketing collaboration and market development funds (MDFs) to accelerate both the partners' and Totara's global growth
- improved partner services, with additional training, technical, business, and go-to-market support, as well as access to design and development resources as required by Alliance Partners
Totara Alliance Partners have exclusive access to adapt and tailor Totara's Talent Experience Platform, which includes two brand-new products, Totara Engage and Totara Perform, as well as the latest version of its adaptable learning management system Totara Learn. Totara Alliance Partners are selected to offer customers a broad range of service options and freedom of choice.
Richard Wyles, Totara's CEO, said, "Totara Partners play an essential role in the success of Totara users all around the world. The new Alliance Partner program delivers key improvements to ensure that customers receive the best-possible support with their adoption of the Totara suite of products: Totara Learn, Totara Perform, Totara Engage, and the combined Talent Experience Platform."
