Values-Based Decision Making Course Launched
Red Deer (CA), November 2021 - Integrity Consulting Services Ltd., (Integrity Consulting), a provider of values-based leadership coaching and training services, has announced the online release of its popular "Values-Based Decision Making" (VBDM) course through its new website.
The VBDM course offers immediate understanding of why some choices in life, and in business, conflict. It also brings clarity on personal and corporate values and how they correlate. Learners finish the course with a proven decision-making model that they can use to organize thoughts, using values and other ethical filters, so they can confidently navigate high-stakes conflicting choices in the future. One senior-manager participant commented, "Anyone taking this course will ultimately be better equipped to protect their own and their company’s reputation."
This notably unique decision-making course was previously only available as in-person corporate training; today it is available in an eLearning format. Designed for busy people, the course is available in two tracks and can be completed in one sitting in less than half a day or self-paced as microlearning sessions. The course can be taken individually, or is also available as a team offering with accompanying facilitator resources to support group learning and discussion. The course is currently certified by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals to meet their members' compulsory ethics training requirements.
Brock Brown, Principal Consultant and Co-Owner of Integrity Consulting, said, "We are thrilled to bring our popular 'Values-Based Decision Making' to everyone. We recognized early on in our practice that the ability to make values-based decisions was a real skills gap for many people, and this led to us launching our in-person training. As we traveled the globe delivering this course, the overwhelmingly positive feedback was humbling. This inspired us to transform the lessons into an eLearning offering that is affordable and available to all."
