Tallinn (EE)/Hamburg (GER), October 2007 - Based on the strategic plan 2007 - 2012, the Estonian IT Foundation - the legal body of the Estonian eLearning Development Centre - has decided to extend the existing Blackboard Campus Edition Learning System for universities and vocational, and secondary schools in the country. Learning Lab Appoints John Traxler as New Director
