The Manager's Lockdown Toolkit - for Now and the Future
London (UK), May 2020 - These days, Marshall E-Learning is launching The Manager's Lockdown Toolkit - Guidance for now and the future. The Toolkit is immediately available to Marshall's client community, which includes most universities in the UK and every university in the Republic of Ireland.
The Toolkit is now being tested and will be expanded with further tutorials in the future.
This suite of eLearning courses comprises
- a tutorial on working from home effectively
- a tutorial on managing virtual teams
- managing your wellbeing and mental health working from home
The course was conceived and developed within four weeks during the lockdown and involved casting and filming all the actors involved via Zoom.
David Marshall, CEO and founder at Marshall E-Learning, said, "However long this situation goes on, the way we all work will change forever. I myself have found this a testing time, as I maintain our team spirit and keep my business fully operational to be of service to clients. But as well as the challenging times, I have experienced many benefits, and I think we all need to reflect on what we want to learn from this period of lockdown. We hope the feedback from clients will mean we can continue to develop this Toolkit with further units."
