Totara Wins Two Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards 2022
Brighton (UK), September 2022 - Totara, a leader in learning and engagement and performance management technology, has been awarded two coveted Brandon Hall Group bronze awards for excellence in the Best Results of Blended Learning and Learning Program categories.
The Met Office and their Totara Partner Catalyst IT were awarded a Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in the "Best Use of Blended Learning" category, and Charles River Laboratories and their Totara Partner Actua Solutions won a Bronze award for excellence in the "Best Results of a Learning Program" category.
The excellence awards come shortly on the heels of Totara’s introduction of its breakthrough solution for talent experience. Totara's Talent Experience Platform offers a unique all-in-one solution for enterprise talent management, performance, and learning needs and was launched in response to the growing demand for integrated talent and learning technology.
Lars Hyland, Managing Director EMEA at Totara, said, "Recognition for both the Charles River Laboratories and Met Office academies and for the respective teams at Actua Solutions and Catalyst IT is richly deserved. Both projects are great examples of how organisations build a unified, but also highly flexible, learning platform to offer unique employee experiences that better engage and develop their people in a way that's just right for them. The team at Totara is incredibly proud of the continued success its partners and customers achieve with its Talent Experience Platform."
A panel of independent industry experts and Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
"Our award winners demonstrated the vision, agility, and innovation needed to excel in the unchartered hybrid work environment," said Mike Cooke, CEO at Brandon Hall Group. "We added and revised awards categories to ensure that we not only validate best HCM practices, but also solicit and recognize next practices that set a high bar for everyone."
These two Excellence in Technology award wins follow Totara's 2021 Excellence in Learning awards for their Totara Community implementation and their work with Deloitte Belgium.
